PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS and SPECIAL GROUP READINGS...

PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS:

Since Orion connects with his clients and the "Other Side" Primarily by hearing their voice readings can be done by phone, in person and even (by special arrangement) through Skype voice or video. Readings with Orion are usually done in half-hour and hour blocks but special arrangements can usually be made if additional time is called for.

SPECIAL GROUP READINGS:

If you have a gathering or party and would like Orion to attend and perform group readings feel free to contact him. Group readings are scheduled by availability, number of people attending, and distance Orion would be required to travel. Rates vary accordingly.

QUESTIONS AND

ANSWERS...

Here are a few commonly asked questions and Orion's answers to those questions. If you have your own questions about how Orion's does his readings or about readings in general feel free to email him and he will answer your general questions as time and circumstance permit (without charge).

Q:

Can I ask questions during a reading?

A:

Absolutely. It is YOUR reading. You guide the reading as much as you wish. It is recommended that you make up a list of possible questions before your session is scheduled so you are less likely to forget something you wished to have answered but, otherwise, feel free to break into the reading with your questions at any time.

Q:

How do you connect with people to do readings?

A:

For the most part, the sound of the client's voice. Often, being able to touch an object that was personal to either the client or the person they are trying to contact will help but this methodology is used primarily where the person the client is trying to contact is not available, as in a murder or missing person case. Generally speaking, however, all that is needed is the voice of the client. Because of this I have been able to do readings by phone, skype, television and radio many, many times.

Q:

Is a reading better in person or by phone?

A:

There is not much difference really. Since I connect by voice it is pretty much the same no matter what method is used. It is simply more convenient for my clients, for the most part, to do their readings by phone.

Q:

Do you do "in person" readings any place other than your home town?

A:

Only by special arrangement and only with groups(usually 15 or more people) since travel these days can be expensive. Special group rates are available in these instances. In addition, I do four shows per year, two in Greenville South Carolina and two in Columbia South Carolina. These shows are part of "healing festivals" produced by a good friend and metaphysical healer Jan Posey. If you would like more information on these shows please check my links page.

Q:

What kind of information and/or images do you get when you do a reading?

A:

That depends on the person and the specific reading. The information I get is usually pretty specific. I prefer to operate on a minimum of information FROM the client preferring to provide information TO the client through my abilities. Concerning images: Most often I get images of people who have passed and of people, things or events. If the deceased person is trying to indicate a birthday, for example, I might see an image of a birthday hat or party. Very often I will see actual photos that do exist and can be accessed by the client. Sometimes I will be given names but more often I will recieve only part of the name or place.

Q:

Are your abilities constant or can you turn them on or off at will?

A:

The information is pretty much constant. Fortunately I have been able to learn to "turn down the volume" to a point where the information does not interfere with daily life. Once in a while, however, something will "come through" so powerfully that it blasts right through the "volume control". At that point I have to sort of "reset" my controls to tune things out.

Q:

Where do your abilities come from?

A:

Like all abilities, I firmly believe they are a gift from God, no different from the ability to sing or draw. I believe that I, and other readers, simply have the ability to see and hear on "frequencies" that most people do not. I also believe anyone can develop these abilities with time and training. In addition, I believe my abilities are inherited. When I finally worked up the nerve to tell my mother that I "tossed away" my college education and career as a newspaper man to become a professional Psychic Medium the only reaction I got was a shrug and the comment, "Oh, yeah, your grandfather used to do that all the time." This was a fact that no one had mentioned to me until then.

Q:

I hear many people who have psychic abilities have had previous "Near Death Experiences" (NDEs) have you ever had one?

A:

Thankfully no, at least not that I am aware of. The term "Near Death Experience" or "NDE" is applied to people who have been clinically dead for some period of time. Although I have not had such an experience that I can remember, I have met and spoken with many who have. I have also researched them for many years and very much believe in them. There are a number of excellent books on the subject including "Life After Life" by Dr. Raymound Moody. It is worth a read.

Q:

What do your friends and family believe concerning your abilities?

A:

Years of exposure to my readings and predictions have (I believe) convinced them for the most part. Coming from a family of five brothers, three of which are retired police officers and the other a reporter like me, they hopefully maintain a healthy skepticism but on the other side of the coin they have asked me many times to assist them in their work. That is how I began my association with police organizations.

Q:

Why do you charge for your readings? If I had such an ability I would give it away to help people.

A:

Truthfully, nothing would give me more pleasure but, unfortunately I have to eat and pay bills like anyone. Think of it in the same vein as your local minister, doctor or police officer. What they do is a huge blessing for society but they recieve salaries for their work. Without this monetary "exchange of energy" they would not be able to continue doing what they do unless they were independently wealthy (which I am not). However, I do try to give back to society by donating my time and efforts on behalf of law enforcement agencies who have sought my assistance over the years. With the exception of reimbursement for food and travel if I am required to be "on site" I do not charge for my services when helping in these cases.
